About Meaghan…

Meaghan has enjoyed serving the body of Ridgewood Church since 2014 when she got engaged to Brent. They are now the parents of two precious girls, Anna and Joy. She graduated from North Greenville University ('13) with her Bachelor of Arts in English. Meaghan joined the staff at Ridgewood in September 2022 and looks forward to serving the body in this role.

What do you love about serving at Ridgewood?

There are so many things. I really love this church body. It has been a huge blessing to live out "weep with those who weep, and rejoice with those who rejoice" with this body of believers. I also love how intentional the church is; whether it is providing a meal for a family with a new baby, creating rhythms to building relationships in the community, or partnering with parents to invest in the discipleship of our children.

What do you do when you are not serving?

Most of the time I will be with my family doing just about anything. But I love a good puzzle (crossword, jigsaw, sudoku, you name it!), going to plays, visiting small towns, going to Sullivan's Island/Hilton Head, and trying to solve murder mystery shows before they end.

Favorite book?

Just Do Something: A Liberating Approach to Finding God's Will by Kevin DeYoung has been one of the most influential books for me.

What is your claim to fame?

I was the 2019 CUaware Protege for the Carolina's Credit Union League for North and South Carolina.
